Let's just disregard the cramping and injuries for a second that marred the Ohio native's freshman year...Darryn Peterson is a transcendent scoring prospect. Flare screen 3's, isolation midrange pull-ups, pick your poison and Peterson's repertoire will outstand any imaginative scoring idea. With a shot chart using vital fluids as a paint of choice, Peterson is entering the league as a special scoring artist. Unfortunately the emphasis on "scoring" carries most of the weight of his projection right now due to the bizarre year, leaving his grade somehwhat underselling his true nature. Peterson is an interesting prospect where his high school tape may have to fill the gaps on what was lost from his Kansas apprenticeship.
